A Skill Development Building (Koushalya Abhivruddi Kattada Located at Puttur Taluku Chikkamudnoor Village) has been established under the Koushalya Abhivruddi Nigama to empower women by providing them with employment opportunities and training.
In this center, women receive free government training to learn new skills and create innovative products. This initiative helps them become self-reliant, improve their income, and contribute to their families and society.
For the past four months, the women have been attending training sessions in very high temperatures, both inside and outside the building, as there were no ceiling fans installed. Despite these challenging conditions, they continued their learning with dedication and commitment.
To support this initiative, Veera Maruthi Seva Trust (Reg.) has donated 3 ceiling fans to the building. This contribution aims to create a more comfortable learning environment, helping the trainees focus better and continue their work with ease.
The trust believes that supporting such initiatives plays a vital role in women empowerment, skill development, and rural development. We hope this small effort will make a meaningful difference in their daily training experience.
