Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Veera Maruthi Seva Trust (Regd.), we value every contribution made towards our social and charitable initiatives. We strive to ensure that our donors experience a transparent and secure donation process. However, since donations are used immediately for ongoing charitable activities, we maintain the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Veera Maruthi Seva Trust (Regd.) are non-refundable.
  • Once a donation has been successfully processed and acknowledged, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, either in part or in full.
  • The Trust does not provide refunds for any donation amount made through online or offline channels.

2. Duplicate Transactions

In case a donor accidentally makes a double payment for a single cause, the donor must contact us immediately via email or phone with proof of the transaction.
After verification, the excess payment will be refunded or adjusted against future donations as per the donor’s choice.

3. Payment Failure or Technical Error

If there is a technical failure during the donation process (e.g., payment debited but not reflected), the donor should contact us with:

  • Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Mode of payment (UPI / Credit Card / Bank Transfer, etc.)

Upon verification with our payment gateway or bank, we will ensure that either:

  • The donation is correctly recorded and receipted, or
  • The amount is refunded within 7–10 working days if the payment failed.

4. Tax Exemption Receipts

Once the donation is successfully processed, receipts will be issued via email or post.
If you do not receive a receipt within 7 working days, please contact us for assistance.
Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (upon Trust approval) will include tax exemption details in the receipt.

6. Policy Changes

The Trust reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
